1.2 系统环境要求

本次环境为AIX操作系统

硬件需求检查 内存需求:

安装TSM服务器推荐使用12GB内存。

磁盘需求:

安装TSM最小磁盘空间需求如下:

/var目录需要5MB空间 /opt目录需要2GB空间 /tmp目录需要360MB空间 /usr目录需要300MB空间 /home目录需要2GB空间 TSM DB需要50GB空间 TSM DB log需要16GB空间

磁盘阵列检查:

操作系统可识别到磁盘阵列的磁盘。

磁带库检查:

操作系统需安装好磁带库的驱动,并可以识别到带库和驱动器,并且可以进行读写。 # lsdev -Cc tape

1.3 软件安装流程

1.3.1 软件安装过程(略)

? 安装选择server, languages, licenses, device driver组件。 ? 升级软件补丁

1.3.2 创建目录及用户

创建TSM用户的目录: # mkdir /home/tsminst1/ 创建TSM数据库的目录: # mkdir /tsmdata/tsmdb 创建TSM LOG的目录: # mkdir /tsmdata/tsmlog 创建TSM归档日志的目录: # mkdir /tsmdata/tsmarchlog 创建组

# mkgroup id=1001 tsmsrvrs 创建用户

# mkuser id=1002 pgrp=tsmsrvrs home=/home/tsminst1 tsminst1 设置用户密码 # passwd tsminst1

设置完密码后,不要忽略以下步骤

注:须使用tsminst1用户登录主机一次,设置新密码。 改变目录属主

# chown -R tsminst1:tsmsrvrs /home/tsminst1

# chown -R tsminst1:tsmsrvrs /tsmdata

1.3.3 TSM服务器初始化

执行/opt/tivoli/tsm/server/bin/dsmicfgx,运行配置向导进行初始化

输入用户名/密码:tsminst1/tsminst1

输入实例目录/tsmdata/tsminst

输入tsm数据库的目录/tsmdata/tsmdb/

选择活动日志大小为4GB

设置活动日志的目录为/tsmdata/tsmlog 设置归档日志的目录为/tsmdata/tsmarchlog

输入TSM服务器的名称,默认为主机名DBTEST

输入管理员的用户名/密码: admin/111111Aa

输入客户端和服务器端的通讯端口,使用默认的1500端口

1.4 软件配置

1.4.1 配置TSM服务器

登录到TSM管理控制台:

# cd /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin64 # dsmadmc

输入用户名密码后,进入TSM管理控制台 TSM> reg lic file=*.lic number=100 TSM> set PASSExp 9999 TSM> setopt idletimeout 3600 TSM> setopt COMMTIMEOUT 7200 TSM> setopt maxsession 200

1.4.2 配置带库设备

使用dsmadmc登录到TSM管理控制台 1. 定义磁带库

TSM> define library ts3100 libtype=scsi shared=yes

2. 定义带库到服务器的路径(需根据系统识别的设备进行调整)

TSM> define path dbtest ts3100 srctype=server desttype=library device=/dev/smc0

3. 定义驱动器

TSM> define drive ts3100 drive1

4. 定义server到驱动器的路径

TSM> define path dbtest drive1 srctype=server desttype=drive library=ts3100 device=/dev/rmt1

5. 检入磁带并进行标号

TSM> label libvol ts3100 search=yes labelsource=barcode checkin=scratch

1.4.3 定义设备类

1.4.3.1 定义磁带类型

TSM> define devclass tape library=ts3100 devtype=lto

1.4.3.2 定义磁盘类型

? 顺序写的file类型

TSM> define devclass stg1 devtype=file ? 随机写的disk类型 系统已自定义完成

1.4.4 创建存储池

创建存储池步骤:

登录到TSM管理控制台:

# cd /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin64
