things worked out, you could probably make it in one day leaving from Horseshoe Bay in North Vancouver and ending up in Comox on Vancouver Island.
The dog is an experienced traveller. She has gone by plane, train and car in her cage. Leaving her at home is not a good choice since we have to find a dog sitter—she doesn't like being in kennels (狗房). We did a test run here on Salt Spring Island. We put her in the cage which we had tied
carefully to the trailer (拖车) of our motorcycle. After a 30-minute test run we found she was OK with no ill effects. We then proceeded and things went fine. Sometimes, when we stopped, we would find her asleep in the cage.
Next time we go up to Lund we may go to Desolation Sound. There is also a 180 km hiking path form Sechelt to north of Lund.
