摘要
本文设计主要以年产25万吨苯乙烯为生产目标,针对苯乙烯和乙苯的混合物的分离。进料组成:60%;塔底产品组成>98%;塔顶产品组成<2%;常压,泡点进料,筛板塔,冷却剂与蒸汽自选合适条件。
操作条件:年工作300天,每天24小时,总工作时间为24×300=7200小时;设计的基本内容和要求:(1) 完成塔设备主体部分的物料衡算、热量衡算与主要设备设计计算;(2)画出塔设备装配图;(3) 画出带控制点的下艺流程图。

Abstract
This paper introduces the design mainly with annual capacity of 250000 tons of styrene as production goals, styrene and the mixture of ethyl benzene in separation. Incoming material composition: 60%; > 98% of the bottom and the products; Top product component < 2%; Atmospheric pressure and bubble point feeding, sieve plate tower, the coolant and steam customize suitable conditions.
Operating conditions: years work 300 days, 24 hours a day, total working time for 24×300 = 7200 hours; The basic design content and requirements: (1) complete tower of material balance in the main part of the equipment is, heat balance calculations and major equipment design calculation; (2) draw tower assembly equipment; (3) draw with the control points under the flow chart of art.
