摘 要
本设计的任务是处理量10万吨/日城市生活污水处理厂的初步设计,采用卡鲁塞尔2000氧化沟二级生化处理工艺。该工艺对废水处理具有明显的技术优势,并且具有很强的抗冲击负荷能力,提高了BOD5的去除率,氧化沟出水经二沉池接触消毒后排放。预计本方案BOD5的去除率可达95%,SS的去除率可达90%。考虑到污泥机械脱水间的运行安全,将二沉池等处理构筑物的污泥一并浓缩后去机械脱水间脱水,经压滤后外运。并且该工艺运行稳定、管理方便、工程投资少、运营成本低。污水处理厂工程总投资12384万元,污水处理总成本2985万元/年,污水处理成本0.818元/立方米。污水处理厂出水水质:CODcr≤20 mg/L,BOD5≤15 mg/L, pH=6-9,SS≤20 mg/L,NH3-N(10℃)≤5 mg/L,TN≤12 mg/L(10℃),出水排入C江。

Abstract
The task of this design is to the preliminary design of 100,000 tons/day city life sewage treatment plant, use carrousel 2000 oxidation ditch secondary biochemical process. The process on wastewater treatment has the obvious technical advantage, and has a strong impact resistant load ability, has improved BOD5 , the oxidation ditch removal by the second pond water after contact disinfection emissions. The scheme is expected to the removal rate of 95% BOD5, SS had to 90%. Considering the sludge dewatering of mechanical safety operation, between second pond processing structures together after the sludge concentration to mechanical dewatering pressure filtration dehydration, between the after sinotrans. And this process stable in operation and easy management, engineering less investment, operation cost is low. This sewage treatment plant engineering total investment is 12384 million yuan, sewage total cost is 2985 , about 0.818 yuan per m3. Sewage effluent is: CODcr acuities 20 mg/L, more than 15 mg/L BOD5, pH = 6-9, SS acuities 20 mg/L, NH3 - N (10 ℃) more than 5 mg/L, TN acuities 12 mg/L (10 ℃), effluent into C river.

1 前 言
随着我国城市建设的发展和城市化进程的加快,城市水污染问题日益突出,城市污水处理已经成为当前水污染治理的重点。长期以来,我国城市基础设施的发展与人口、资源、环境和工业建设不协调,导致基础设
