五、选择变压器

1#变压器

根据计算的总的视在功率选择S9-400/10 型三相电力变压器,它的容量为400.00kVA≥319.45kVA×1.20(增容系数)能够满足使用要求,其高压侧电压为10.00kV同施工现场外的高压架空线路的电压级别一致。

3#变压器

根据计算的总的视在功率选择S9-400/10 型三相电力变压器,它的容量为400.00kVA≥291.01kVA×1.20(增容系数)能够满足使用要求,其高压侧电压为10.00kV同施工现场外的高压架空线路的电压级别一致。

7#变压器

根据计算的总的视在功率选择S9-800/10 型三相电力变压器,它的容量为800kVA≥560.99kVA×1.20(增容系数)能够满足使用要求,其高压侧电压为10.00kV同施工现场外的高压架空线路的电压级别一致。

六、设计配电线路,选择导线或电缆

6.1选择总箱的进线截面及进线开关 1#变压器选择总箱的进线截面及进线开关 (1)选择导线截面: i) 按安全载流量:

上面已经计算出总计算电流Ijs = 485.36A ii) 按允许电压降:

S = 1.1×Kx×Σ(PL)/C△U = 1.1 ×0.90×10398.00/(77.00×5.00) = 26.74mm2

iii) 根据前面两条:

电缆线空气明敷,铜芯聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆线VV3×240+2×120 ,其安全载流量为567A,截面面积240mm2,能够满足使用要求。

(2)选择总进线开关:DZ10-600/3 ,其脱扣器整定电流值为Ir = 480A。 (3)选择总箱中漏电保护器:ZBM1-630/500 。 3#变压器选择总箱的进线截面及进线开关 (1)选择导线截面: i) 按安全载流量:
