摘要
播种是农业生产过程中的基本环节,播种质量的优劣是农业增产的前提。随着农业生产技术的发展和播种方式的更新,近30年来我国的播种技术和播种机械

有了很大的发展。排种器是播种机的核心工作部件,其特性和工作性能对播种质量有着
直接的影响。电动机不仅可以使排种器轴转动达到均匀排种的目的,还可以通过调节电动机的转速来调整最适合种子生长的间距,用来适应不同作物的生长条件,能够极大地改善播种质量,从而达到增产的目的。本文较全面的阐述了排种器的概况和国内外研究现状,探讨排种器的研究发展方向,分析了排种器的工作性能及结构特点,最后确定以多头螺旋网络型孔精密排种器为设计对象,多头螺旋网络型孔精密排种器是按螺旋原理设计的精密排种器。种子按螺旋线均匀排列,型孔之间与行间均匀相同等距衔接,螺旋线排列的颗粒比直线排列的更稠密、更均匀、更连续。由图2可以看出,多头螺旋网络型孔排列有利于个体间与行间均匀分布与衔接,是一种一器多用的多功能精密排种器。

Abstract
Sowing in the process of agricultural production is the basic link, Sowing the stand or fall of quality is the premise of the agricultural production. Along with the development of agricultural production technology and the renewal of the sowing styles, planting technology planting machines has developed so fast in our country nearly 30 years[1]. Metering is the core component of sowing machine, its characteristics and performance has a direct effect on seeding quality. The motor can not only make the seeding shaft rotation to achieve the aim of even seeding, can also be by adjusting the motor speed to adjust the spacing is most suitable for the growth of seed, to adapt to the growing conditions of different crops, can greatly improve the seeding quality, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing production. This paper comprehensively expounds the general situation and the research situation at home and abroad, research the development direction of the metering device, analyzes the working performance and structural characteristics of the seed metering device, finally determined based on multi-start helical network hole precision seed-metering device as the design object, long spiral hole network type precision seeder is according to the spiral design principle of precision metering device. The seed in a helical line arranged evenly, holes and rows between uniform equidistant cohesion, helix arrangement of particles than linear array of more dense, more uniform, more continuous. It can be seen from Figure 2, multi-start helical network holes arranged in favor of individuals between the uniform distribution and cohesion, is using a device of multifunctional precision seeder
