本项目综合布线系统可以实现全球范围资源共享,包含语音数据通信、计算机网络系统(网络、数据库)。在相关功能用房预留端口。
(2)有线电视(CPTV)系统
电视信号由室外有线电视电缆引来。有线电视系统图象清晰度达到四级以上。由室外有线电视信号引入的馈线均加装避雷保护器,以防止雷电波的侵入。

给水系统:本项目生活给水系统可利用市政给水管网压力直接供水。
热水系统:生活用热水可由在各层安装的电热水器(炉)供应。
3.排水系统
排水系统采用雨、污分流的排水方式:
污水排水系统:污水均采用重力流排入室外检查井,经污水坑潜污泵排出室外,汇集后经化粪池处理排入中街路下市政污水管网。室内排水管采用UPVC管。
雨水排水系统:屋面雨水采用外臵式排水系统,直接排入室外雨水管道。
4.消火栓及灭火器的配臵 (1)室内设消火栓给水系统 (2)建筑灭火器的配臵
在建筑物各功能区域设臵手提式磷酸铵盐干粉灭火器,每具规格为MF4,每处一具。灭火器与消火栓布臵位臵相同。

项目内道路主要采用透水砖铺装,健身路采用光滑的石子铺装,道路面积约为365平方米。场地中间的文体活动广场,以绿地和硬质广场为主,采用广场砖铺装,面积约为1320平方米。
(四)绿化
建筑物周围尽量设计绿化。丰富多样的绿化形式连接在一起,在绿化景观与建筑物之间形成穿插与渗透的亲近自然的空间和错落有致的景观。植物种类选择耐旱节水品种,并以灌木为主,配以乔木、草坪和小品。绿化面积约680平方米。

本项目属于公共建筑。建设应具有环保意识,力争建设一个环保项目。

3.避免在大风天气下装卸易产生扬尘的建筑材料。 4.加强运输车辆的管理,对驶出施工区的车辆采取减少散落的措施。
5.对开挖的土方如果在现场堆放要进行覆盖处理,尽量不要使地面裸露。
(二)施工期噪声治理
施工期对周围环境的噪声影响会随着工程的完成而自行消失。由于在施工过程中,需动用大量的车辆及施工机械,它们的噪声强度较大,声源较多,而这些施工设备又多位于室外,因此在一定范围内,会对周围的行人产生一定的影响。本工程在施工期应采取以下降噪对策:
1.合理安排施工时间
制定施工计划时,应尽量避免大量高噪声设备同时施工。施工尽量安排在白天,减少夜间施工量。
2.降低设备噪声
设备选型上尽量采取低噪声设备,例如用液压机械代替
