3.2.2总体布局评价
（1）平面布局评价
本项目功能分区明确。生产区内设臵生产车间和辅助用房，无非生产用房；厂前区设臵了综合办公楼、食堂和职工公寓，并将厂前区与生产区隔离（距离100米）；将危险废物仓库、焚烧车间、物化车间单独布臵。生产区布臵在了莱西市夏季最小频率风向的上风侧；办公区处于莱西市全年最小频率风向的下风侧；安全填埋场距离生产区较远，互不影响。基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》（GBZ1-2002）的要求。
但由于项目没有进行职业病危害预评价，厂房在设计上存在先天不足，即危险化学品暂存库、焚烧车间和物化车间纵轴与当地主导风向平行，不利于自然通风。
（2）竖向布局评价
危废品暂存库、焚烧车间、物化车间、固化车间、安全填埋场均为一层，最大限度的减少了上下层之间的相互影响，竖向布局符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》（GBZ1-2002）要求。 3.3 设备布局调查与评价 3.3.1 设备调查
