Subject: Water pollution of A city.

Dear Mr. Robinson,
Upon the request of our honorable manager, we have examined the water of A city carefully. According to our examination, we found that the water was not as good as we had thought
because the amount of metals in it was more than our requirement. Moreover, after careful study, we discovered that a chemical factory was just set up along the main river of this city. The factory will cause further pollution there. It will cost us a lot to deal with the pollution there, if we build a mineral water plant in A city. Meanwhile, it is difficult to reach the standard of drinking water. According to these facts, we come to the conclusion that A city is not an ideal place for our mineral water plant, even though there is much labour.
