摘 要
兴趣是一个人力求认识、掌握某种事物或从事某种活动的心里趋势，推动人
们认识、理解事物的主要动机。在体育运动中,兴趣是人们优先从事体育活动的心理趋向，它在体育的实践中逐渐的形成与发展，中学的体育兴趣，直接影响到中学生的积极性、自觉性。对任何一种事物要产生兴趣，源自于自身的需要，因此，在体育教学中学生体育兴趣培养的需要是体育教育改革的重点。只有培养好中学生的体育兴趣，教学任务才能更好的达到教育目的。随着教育体制的不断改革，中学生的生活、学习方式发生新的变化，体育兴趣对中学生健康状况的发展有极大的影响。因此，加强对中学生体育兴趣的培养，对全面推进素质教育有重要的意义。本文运用文献资料法、调查问卷法、访谈法等研究方法，通过中学生体育兴趣现状的调查分析，体育兴趣对大学生自身认识的体育价值观、体育健康观、体育意识、体育精神、体育行为习惯有着不同程度的影响，据此提出相应的对策与建议。

Abstract
The interest is a person strive to recognize and grasp of something or engage in certain activities heart trend to promote people realize and understand the main motive of things. In sport, the interest is engaged in sports first psychological trends in the practice of sports gradual formation and development of secondary interest in sports, a direct impact on high school students' enthusiasm, self-awareness. Any kind of things you want to generate interest from its own needs, therefore, the need to cultivate interest in sports teaching high school students in the focus of physical education reform. Only cultivate high school students interest in sports, teaching tasks in order to better achieve the aims of education. With the continuing reform of the education system, the high school students live, learn new changes, interest in sports have a great impact on the development of the students' health status. Therefore, to enhance the training on the students interest in sports, has an important significance to promote quality education. In this paper, literature, survey questionnaires, interviews and other research methods, Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of Students' interest in sports, sports interests of college students know sports values, the concept of physical education and health, sports consciousness, the spirit of sport, sports behavior habits are different extent, put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
