摘要
固井质量一直是石油勘探开发中备受关注的问题,它对特殊工艺井钻井、油水井开采寿命和勘探开发效益有直接的影响。固井质量问题的最主要根源是固井二界面失效,因此对二界面胶结状况的研究是十分必要的。对二界面更深层更内涵更实用的概括和阐释为固井二界面封固系统,它是指由水泥浆、死泥浆、滤饼和地层壁面四部分构成的一个固化胶结整体。固井质量(主要是二界面的胶结质量)影响因素众多,包括地层特性、钻采方面、水泥(石)浆以及其它方面。从微观上讲,二界面胶结质量主要存在两个问题:(微)环隙和(微)裂缝。文中我们介绍了从提高顶替效率、多功能钻井液的应用、前置液的应用、多功能水泥浆的应用和MTC技术的应用几个方面来改善二界面的胶结质量。评价二界面质量的实验方法多而杂,而且尚处于研究阶段,所以只对常用的VDL和SBT等方法做了简要介绍。

Abstract
The cementing quality is always in oil exploration and exploitation of concern for
special process, it is well drilling, oil Wells in mining exploration benefit and has direct influence. The cementing quality problem is the main source cementing second
interface failure, therefore study second interface cementing is very necessary. On the second interface deeper connotation of more and more practical interpretation for
cementing second interface cementing system, it is constructed by slurry, die mud cake and stratigraphic wall, form a curing cementation overall . Curing cementation The cementing quality (mainly the cementing quality of the secondary interface) affected by many factors, including the stratigraphic characteristics, drilling, cement slurry (stone) and other aspects. Microscopically speaking, the second interface cementing quality mainly has two problems: (micro)ring gap and (micro) ring crack. From the passage we introduced the methods such as to improve efficiency, multi-function drilling fluid for the application, preflush application, multifunctional slurry application, and MTC technology application aspects to improve the quality of the secondary interface
cementing. Evaluation of the quality of the secondary interface experiment methods are miscellaneous, and are still in the stage of study, so we only to makes a brief introduction for commonly used methods VDL、SBT.
