简析医学生人文素质教育的现实困境

摘 要 医患关系紧张，医疗纠纷增加，是当前一个十分突出的社会问题。造成该问题的原因有很多，从某种意义来说，其中最主要的是对医学生人文素质教育的失败。本文从医患关系的现状出发，从教育理念、落后的医学观、临床实习三方面分析人文素质教育中所存在的问题。为提高医学生人文素质，探寻一条培养具有精湛医术、医德高尚医生的有效途径做出铺垫。

Analysis of Medical Students' Humanities Quality Education Dilemma MU Ke

Abstract The tension between doctors and patients with increasing medical disputes is mainly social problem in nowadays. In some sense， one of the most important reasons is the failure of character building education in humanities. We analyze the reasons for the conflicts between doctors and patients from philosophy of education、the backward medical view and Clinical practice. Find the way to cultivate the students' high skills and professional ethics efficiently.

近几年来我国的医患关系日趋紧张，为了处理医患纠纷，解决医患矛盾，国家卫生、医院管理部门、及相关的医务工作人员耗费了大量的时间和精力，但是往往解决的结果却不能让医患双方都满意，更不要说从根本上解决这一大难题。这样的状况导致了医院正常工作秩序的混乱、造成了医护人员和患者沉重的心理压力、降低了医院的声誉、影响了社会和谐问题。因此，怎么样恢复良好的医患关系，维护医患双方的利益，是我们应该探讨的一个社会问题。 1.2 医患关系影响因素
