1、编制说明 1.1 编制依据

(1) 与业主签订的工程承包合同、协议、会议纪要。

(2) 遵贵扩容工程第4-B合同段上甘坪隧道施工设计图纸及相关设计文件。 (3)投标书承诺的工期节点、合同要求的工期、质量及环境保护要求。 (4)国家、行业、地方有关职业健康安全的要求。 (5)对本项目现场和施工条件调查掌握的有关资料。 (6)国家现行施工和设计规范、验收标准及业主的有关规定。

(7)工程项目部的组成、机械设备、各类技术人员配备及施工队伍作业能力的基本情况。 1.2 编制原则

(1) 贯彻国家的相关方针、政策及及有关工程施工规范、规定,当地政府的相关制度。

(2) 整个工程统筹组织,合理安排各专业施工顺序和工序的衔接,突出重点项目和关键工序,统筹兼顾,均衡生产,确保工期兑现。

(3) 从组织机构、施工方案、机械设备配备、工程材料供应等方面确保工程质量、施工进度和施工安全。

(4) 质量创优、安全无事故,执行GB/T19001标准,确保质量第一,保证施工人员人身健康安全。

(5) 临时工程本着节约用地、满足施工、精打细算的原则安排。 (6) 充分考虑并做好环境保护工作。 1.3 规范、标准

2、工程概况 2.1 工程简介

上甘坪隧道为一座上、下行分离的六车道高速公路中隧道,位于楠木渡镇黄木村至楠木渡镇临江村区间,隧道起讫桩号左线ZK40+995~ZK42+060,长1065m;右线YK40+980~YK42+085,长1105m,洞身最大埋深90m,最小埋深4m。 2.2设计概况

本隧道均采用端墙式洞门,洞口段设计均采用长管棚进行支护。隧道洞口围岩支护参数详见表2.1-1。

平面线形:隧道遵义端位于直线段上,平面线位线间距为24.4m,洞身处于右偏圆曲线及缓和曲线段上,贵阳端位于直线段上,平面线位线间距为26.1m,隧道最大平面线位间距位于洞身,为34m。

纵断面线形:本隧道左、右线遵义端洞口位于直线段上,贵阳端洞口纵断面分别位于R=30000m、R=25000m凹型竖曲线上;左、右线洞身直坡段纵坡分别为3.000% +2.333%,3.000% +1.935%。

路面横坡:本隧道洞口段左、右线均为2%单向横坡。洞身左线存在3%超高及其缓和段。

上甘坪隧道按照规范及安全要求,设置了1处车行横洞,2处人行横洞。

隧道区地形较简单,为单座山丘。山体总体呈北西走向。隧道穿越部位最高海拔934m,最低海拔817m,相对高差117m,属低山地貌。 2.3.2工程地质条件

(1).地层特征:测区基岩地层岩性主要为二迭系下统茅口组(P1m)灰岩和二迭系中统龙潭组(P2l)灰岩、泥质粉砂岩、泥岩、煤层夹灰岩及煤层等互层,分布于整个隧道测区。

测区中风化基岩局部出露,溶蚀、溶隙较发育,大部分地区被第四系地层所覆盖。地层主要为第四系(Q4)碎石土,二迭系下统茅口组(P1m)灰岩和二迭系中统龙潭组(P2l)灰岩、泥质粉砂岩、泥岩、煤层夹灰岩及煤层等互层。分述如下:

①、红粘土:棕红色,硬可塑,含泥质粉砂岩、灰岩碎块,含量约30%。 ②、碎石土:黄褐色,稍湿,粒径一般为2-6cm,最大粒径约10cm,碎石主要成分为灰岩、泥质粉砂岩,含量约60%,充填物为红粘土,结构松散,残积成因。

③、中风化灰岩(P2l):深灰色,隐晶质结构,中厚层状构造,裂隙较发育-发育,方解石石充填,岩芯较破碎,主呈柱状,节长5-25cm,最长35cm,采芯率85%-90%,岩石质量指标RQD=25-50。

④、中风化泥质粉砂岩:灰色,砂质结构,薄~中厚层状构造,裂隙发育-很发育,岩芯极破碎-破碎,在钻具的机械作用下,岩芯主呈碎块状,采芯率70%-85%,岩石质量指标RQD=0。

⑤、中风化炭质灰岩:黑色,隐晶质结构,中厚层状构造,岩质较软,裂隙较发
