PLC在注塑机控制系统中的应用
摘要
塑料制品在现代生活中的使用是越来越广泛了,人们对塑料的品质要求越来越高,塑料制品的优越的地方有很多,质地轻、可塑性强、隔电、隔液体,所以对注塑过程和控制的要求精度也越来越高。现今的设计开发软件种类繁多,本文主要的内容是通过西门子S7-300对注塑机控制进行硬件设计。PLC控制的优点有很多,耗能低、噪音小、操作灵活、控制方便、运行安全稳定、方便维修等。首先任务是对注塑机控制系统的工作进行分析,研究其流程、动作,通过西门子S7-300编程进行控制,学习使用西门子S7-300进行编写程序,学会地址分配,然后通过组态软件仿真。通过使用PLC对注塑机控制系统的设计,不仅能够达到原有的控制功能,而且还提高了控制系统的精度,而且还方便维修。

ABSTRACT
Plastics used in modern life is becoming more widely, people are increasingly demanding high-quality plastic, a lot of the advantages of plastic products, light texture, plasticity, every electricity, water, etc., so the injection molding process and control accuracy requirements are also increasing. Today's wide variety of software design and development, the main content of this article is performed by the hardware design of the injection molding machine control Siemens S7-300. There are many advantages of PLC control, low energy consumption, low noise, flexible operation, easy to control, safe and stable operation, easy maintenance and so on. First task is the work of the injection molding machine control system is analyzed to study their processes, actions, controlled by Siemens S7-300 Programming, learning to use the Siemens S7-300 programming carried out, learn address assignment, then the simulation through the configuration software. By using the injection molding machine PLC control system design, not only to achieve the original control functions, but also improve the accuracy of the control system, but also easy maintenance.
