摘 要
随着中国经济的快速发展，综合国力的逐步增强，大批外国游客涌入中国参观旅游，使得中国旅游业迅速发展，成为世界旅游胜地。平遥古城，作为国内保存最为完整的明清古城，于1997年12月被联合国教科文组织列入《世界遗产名录》，吸引了国内外广大游客的参观。如何让国外的游客更好的了解中国传统文化，成为广大外语导游以及外语学习者的一项重大课题。
本文以作者于2013年中秋节陪同山西师范大学七名外教去平遥旅游的口译实践为基础，
通过分析陪同前的资料准备阶段以及整个陪同翻译过程，列出口译过程中遇到的难题以及解决问题使用的翻译技巧，并结合在书本和课堂上学到的翻译理论以及策略进行译后反思、总结。本文共包括四部分：一、描述翻译任务，了解此次翻译的背景知识以及翻译性质；二、描述译前准备阶段，包括译前的相关资料查阅、翻译工具准备、术语表制定；三、运用翻译理论分析翻译过程中的问题；四、进行译后反思并总结翻译实践，得到启示。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of comprehensive national strength, China is becoming one of the world’s most attractive tourist resorts nowadays. As the most well reserved ancient city built in Ming and Qing dynasties in China, Pingyao Ancient City was listed in the World Heritage List by the UNESCO, 1997. A large numbers of tourists at home and abroad are attracted to Pingyao, therefore, it has become a major subject to make foreign visitors understand Chinese traditional culture better.
The author worked as an intern student in the Foreign Affairs Office of Shanxi Normal University from Sep. 1, 2013 to Jan. 15, 2014. On Mid-Autumn Day, 2013, the author worked as an escort interpreter accompanying seven foreign experts in their visit to Pingyao. Based on this interpreting practice, the author analyzes the data preparing phase and the whole accompanying translation process, lists the problems confronted in the process of interpreting, proposes relevant strategies solving problems. Consulting the translation theories and strategies learned previously, the author makes some reflections and conclusions. This report has four parts: the first part describes the task, including the background and the features of this interpretation task; the second part records the pre-interpreting preparations, including collection of the related data, preparation of translation auxiliary tools and draft of the glossary terms; the third part uses relevant theories and strategies to analyze the problems in the process; the fourth part makes the reflections and conclusions.
