新贸易壁垒对我国外贸的影响及对策研究

摘 要
国际贸易快速发展的同时，发达国家的贸易保护主义也有重新抬头之势。随着经济全球化的进程加快和贸易自由化的不断发展，使得传统的贸易壁垒作用不断减弱。主要发达国家开始寻找新的贸易保护手段，来阻止他国产品进入，保护本国市场，新贸易壁垒应运而生。新贸易壁垒包括技术壁垒、环境壁垒和社会壁垒。新贸易壁垒给我国的对外贸易产生了很大的负面影响，阻碍了我国对外贸易的可持续发展，但我们对此还缺乏充分的了解。所以，认识新贸易壁垒产生的原因，主要内容及其特点，对于防范新贸易壁垒对我国对外贸易产生的负面影响，帮助政府和企业制定针对环境壁垒、技术壁垒和社会壁垒不同的应对措施突破新贸易壁垒以促进我国对外贸易的发展。

The influence and Countermeasure of new trade barrier to
China’s foreign trade
Abstract
Rapid development of international trade at the same time, the trade protectionism of developed countries have renewed. With the accelerating process of economic globalization and the continuous development of trade liberalization, traditional trade barriers weakening. Major developed countries began to look for new trade protection measures, to prevent foreign products to enter, to protect its home market, the new trade barriers arises at the historic moment. The new trade barriers, including technical barriers, environmental barriers and social barriers. New trade barriers to China's foreign trade had a great negative impact, hindered the sustainable development of China's foreign trade, but we are still lack of full understanding. Therefore, understanding the causes of new trade barriers, the main content and characteristic of new trade barriers to prevent the negative effect to our country foreign trade, to help the government and the enterprise developing the environmental barriers, technical barriers and social barriers to different response to break new barriers to trade in order to promote the development of foreign trade in China.
