摘 要：生活中的垃圾是在分配、消费、循环等社会活动中必然要产生的，大量的生产和大量的消费使社会变成了一个垃圾多发型社会，与此同时各种各样的大型垃圾随着产生。本论文对我国杭州市的垃圾分类丢弃和处理方法进行了分析研究，并意识到垃圾的分类处理对环境的保护起到了至关重要的作用。国内虽然制定了垃圾分类丢弃政策，但是在执行过程中遇到了很多问题。这些问题以及解决问题的思考成为本篇论文的调查研究内容。本论文对杭州市的垃圾分类丢弃制度以及垃圾的处理方法进行了研究，并与日本、美国等环保先进国家的垃圾分类及处理方式进行了分析对比研究。希望能从他国的现行状况中学习到一些能运用到中国的垃圾处理事业上，大胆提出新的更加符合我国国情的垃圾分类方式，同时提高国民的环境保护意识，以此来改善国内垃圾分类及处理的现状，加大垃圾回收再利用，从而有效改变国内城市环境现状。

Abstract: The life garbage undoubtedly be generated in distribution, consumption, recycling and other social activities, lots of production and consumption society become a garbage hair society. At the same time, various of large garbage have produced. This paper are analyzing the China's Hangzhou city's garbage classification and processing methods. What’s more, the awareness of garbage classification processing to the protection of the environment has played a vital role. Although our country developed some garbage discard policy, in the implementation process has encountered many problems. These problems and thinking of solving the problem become the thesis research content. In this paper, Hangzhou city's garbage classification discarded system and method of garbage treatment were studied, and with Japan, the United States and other environmental protection advanced state of garbage classification and processing method carries out contrast analysis research. We hope that we can learn some useful methods from those developed counties to solve Chinese current waste disposal situation and put forward a new and more accord with our country national condition of garbage classification while improving national consciousness of environmental protection. So that we can improve the domestic garbage classification, treatment situation and increase recycling, thereby changing the current situation of environment of Chinese cities effectively.
