What should teachers do ?In training students speaking skills, features of nature speech should be accepted. This does not only have implications for teaching speaking but also for assessing speaking.
(1) Encouraging learners to speak up is the first and most important task for a language teacher.(2) Teachers should not only try to design suitable speaking tasks for learners, but also adjust their ways for assessing learners’ spoken language so that learners have the courage to communicate in a foreign language with others.
