ABSTRACT
Gearsaretheessentialsparesofanyplantequipment,theircomplicatedshapesandvariedfeaturesrequiremanyparameters,whichmakesitdifficulttomakeprecisemeasurements.Thetraditionalcontactmethodsareunsuitabletobeusedintheproductionprocessessincetheytaketoomuchtimeandenergy.TheapplicationofMachineVisionandVirtualInstrumentscannotonlyachievethepreciseandsynchronouslinemeasurements,butalsoithastheuntouchable,visional,automaticandintelligentadvantages.
ThisthesisfirststudiesthebasictheoriesandfeaturesoftheMachineVisionandVirtualinstruments:onthisbasis,makesthebestofthepowerfuldevelopmentfunctionsoftheVirtualInstruments—。LabVIEWanditsexternaltoolbagIM_№Visiontoput.thebasicgeometric

aremeasurementsoftheinvolutespurgearsandthetomeetparametersgotnotpreciselyenoughtheaccuratedemandintheindustrialproductionofthegears,itprovidesthemeaningfulexplosionoftheusageanddevelopment
