SCREW CONVEYOR
ABSTRACT
The LS screw conveyer uses the international standard product, equivalent uses the ISO1050-75 standard, the design manufacture conforms to the ZBJ1005.1-2-88 specialized standard. LS screw conveyer's application scope: LS screw conveyer is widely used in each Industry sector, such as building materials, chemical industry, coal, and grain and food profession. It is usually used to level or tilt transport powdery, granular and small massive material, like coal, flour, cement, fertilizer, and sand. The material temperature is usually from -20℃ to 80℃, and when the spiral is tilt transporting, its angle is always little than 15°.
This design, through searching related books and information; I know its structure and define its drive style---single-ended drive. Through assuming that the material is pulverized coal and analyzing its date, I define its size which related to the analysis, and then, draw the blueprint and finish this design.
The LS screw conveyer is made up by drive device, spirochete, machine chamfer, frame and bearing. Driving device includes motor and reducer. Spirochetes formed by the shaft and blade. Bearing has 3 kinds-- head bearing, intermediate bearing and tail bearing.
