3 结论
(1)与TDI型聚氨酯微孔弹性体相比,NDI型聚
氨酯微孔弹性体可承受应力大,变形小。因此,NDI型聚氨酯微孔弹性体更适用于强冲击小变形的场合。
(2)随着异氰酸酯指数的增大,NDI型聚氨酯微孔弹性体强度逐渐增大,112～113时的I。
()NDI型聚氨酯微孔弹性体热稳定性好,内耗低,恢复快,可应用在高载荷高频率缓冲减震材料中。

由于内生热小、,ND子结构,,规整度高,链段的刚性大,与软段间相容性差,容易产生两相间的微相分离,并且硬段结晶规整,较少软硬混合区域,因此受外力作用时,内摩擦力小,阻尼值低,动态性能优异。
另外,作为微孔弹性体材料,泡孔结构也是影响材料性能的重要因素。实验对所制的NDI型聚氨酯微孔弹性体进行扫描电镜观察,见图5
。

由图5可见,泡孔结构呈规则圆球形,孔径分布较均匀,多为011～012mm之间。在受力情况下,
圆球形闭孔被压缩,形成一个“气垫”,由于空气对应力响应时间快,回复迅速。正是这种气垫效应,使NDI型聚氨酯微孔弹性体的内耗低,阻尼因子小。
