A Gift from the Heart
It was the last day of that term.My classmates were very excited at the coming holiday.But my friend，Mike，looked unhappy because he failed the English test.
While thinking about how to cheer him up，I saw my English notebook.I had recorded all the important notes over the last term.Although it was very important to me，I decided to give it to him as a gift.Mike looked at me in surprise.He knew how I valued the notes.I told him that I could also help him learn English.
From that day on，Mike made progress with the help of me and my gift—the notebook.It's not expensive，but it's from my heart.
