提升第三方物流企业的核心竞争力
摘 要:我国加入WTO后,“世界工厂”地位的确立,为我国物流市场的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。本文从第三方物流企业面临的机遇与挑战入手,分析了第三方物流企业核心竞争力的概念,阐明了第三方物流企业核心竞争力的特征;最后全面揭示了提升第三方物流企业核心竞争力的策略。

Abstract: After our country joins W T O, “the industrial workshop of the world”the status establishment, logistics the market for our country the development to bring the new opportunity and the challenge. 一.我国第三方物流企业面临的机遇与挑战
我国加入WTO后,为我国物流市场的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战,一是随着贸易壁垒降低,将促进国内统一市场的形成,并加速我国参与国际分工和全球经济一体化的进程,为物流业发展提供持续扩张的市场空间。二是由于我国在劳动力成本和原材料供应方面的比较优势,以及巨大的市场前景,跨国公司正准备将我国变成其制造基地,这一趋势无疑会增加我国物流市场新的需求。三是国外物流企业纷纷以各种方式进入我国物流市场,给我国物流企业增加了竞争的压力和合作的机会。我国多种所有制形式的第三方物流企业正在形成,主要由三部分组成;第一部分是国际型物流企业,如总统轮船、宅急送等;第二部分是由国内运输、仓储、物资流通及货代等传统企业转变形成的物流企业,如中储、中外运
