Celebrating western festivals can distract us from our own festivals. Korea robbed the patent of Dragon Boat Festival from us China due to our unconcern. We celebrate Dragon Boat Festival to honor Qu Yuan from ancient time. What makes us regretful is that Dragon Boat Festival doesn’t belong to us any more. It’s high time that we should protect our own festivals, which means to protect our national culture. If a country doesn’t have her own culture , she will be controlled by other countries.
