Abstract:The rural logistics's under-development has become the constraints of China's agricultural production and rural economic development factors. How to build a new type of high efficient logistics system in rural areas is the most important problem of our country socialism the process ,which need to be solved. From the rural logistics, rural social environment, China's logistics and market environment, the government policy, the article analyses the logistics industry in China's rural areas. In view of the current constraints on China's rural logistics development problems and factors, from modern science and technology and talent education, government policy and logistics market environment, the article puts forward rural development strategy of logistics industry in our country, exploring the developing direction of logistics .

一、引言
1.1农村物流体系的定义
农村物流体系是指农村物流资源在地域空间、技术信息、基础设施、供需市场及产业组织等所构成的产业体系，它是一个为农村生产、生活和其他经济活动提供物流支持和服务的产业组织所构成的服务体系。农村物流系统的运作主要涉及包括运输、仓库、场站、管理体制、信息水平等相关因素。该系统的功能主要有：完善社会物流系统；带动对其他相关产业发展；提升区域经济实力，打造社会主义新农村；保障就业，提高农民生活水平。
