状态自适应的监控逻辑设计方法具有逻辑严密、易扩充、不受特定监控硬件系统限制等诸多优点,基于该方法可有效提高OMCS的研发效率,对变频装置的实用化研究及其他电力电子装置的OMCS设计具有重要的参考价值。

4 结 论
1)大容量调速装置中采用PWM电压源逆变
器时,逆变器输出侧接入LC滤波器是十分必要的。
2)采用分段SHE2PWM优化控制可以在较低的开关频率下达到抑制LC谐振的目的。
3)在确定了LC谐振频率后,电抗值和电容值参数需要根据电机机端电压、滤波器谐波电流、电容与电机之间的自激电压等因素综合考虑设计。
4)试验结果表明本文提出的LC滤波器设计方法从低频到高频都可以得到比较好的性能。
