耐磨材料的研究现状及进展

摘 要

耐磨材料被广泛地应用于工业生产的各个领域, 而随着科学技术和现代工业的高速发展,由于材料磨损而引起的能源和材料消耗增加等所造成的经济损失相当惊人。近年来,对材料磨损和耐磨材料的研究,越来越引起国内外人们的广泛重视。本文讲述了我国目前通用的高锰钢、抗磨铬铸铁、耐磨合金钢等系列耐磨材料及各类非金属耐磨材料种类及其性能,阐述各种耐磨材料的特点和制备工艺,分析耐磨材料的使用工况和磨损机理,有利于合理的选择与应用。通过对国内外耐磨材料的需求情况和我国耐磨材料行业存在问题的分析,总结出了发展耐磨材料的社会经济效益及推进耐磨材料行业健康发展的办法,并介绍未来耐磨材料的发展方向和趋势。

Research and Application of Wear Resistant Metal

Abstract

Wear-resisting material is widely used in various fields of industrial production, and with the rapid development of science and technology and modern industry, due to material wear energy and material consumption to increase the economic losses caused by the quite striking. In recent years, the study of material wear and abrasion resistant materials, has attracted widespread attention at home and abroad. This article tells the story of our country at present the common high manganese steel, chromium wear-resistant cast iron, wear-resistant alloy steel, etc. Series wear resistant materials and all kinds of nonmetal material types and its properties, characteristics and preparation technology of all kinds of wear resistant material, working condition analysis of all kinds of wear resistant materials and wear mechanisms, is advantageous to the reasonable selection and application. Wear-resisting material demand situation both home and abroad and the analysis of existing problems of wear-resistant materials industry in our country, summarized the development of wear resistant material social economic benefits and promote the healthy development of the wear-resistant materials industry. And introduce the future development direction and trend of wear resistant material.
