xxxxx工程股份有限公司是一家集淀粉、淀粉制品和高科技生物制品的生产、销售为主的农产品深加工企业,获国家财政参股经营企业资格,是国家级农业产业化重点龙头企业。是全国最大的L-色氨酸生产基地,年创产值近10亿元。公司拥有“省级企业技术中心”和“河南省色氨酸工程技术研究中心”,公司主要产品有:L-色氨酸和L-苏氨酸等高附加值的小品种氨基酸、玉米淀粉、结晶葡萄糖等,公司先后被国家授予“国家农业综合开发投资参股经营企业”、“国家农业综合开发重点产业化经营项目”、“质量管理达标单位”、“国家级农业产业化重点龙头企业”、“全国就业先进企业”、“全国优秀福利企业”、“国家级高新技术企业”等荣誉。
xxxxx工程股份有限公司在成长和发展的同时也积极践行企业社会责任,通过节能降耗实施清洁生产、绿色制造,履行环保义务。目前xxxxx工程股份有限公司自备热电厂装机规模:1×130t/h高温高压循环流化床锅炉+1×18MW背压式汽轮机发电机组和1×75t/h中温次高压循环流化床锅炉+1×6MW背压式汽轮机发电机组,机组根据生产状况开启。公司生产过程要求用能安全和稳定,现有的能源供应可满足园区的能源需求,但是在用能安全、用能稳定性、用能经济性等方面存在不足。分布式能源是近年来兴起的利用小型设备向用户提供能源供应的一种能源利用方式,与传统的集中式能源系统相比,分布式能源兼具发电、供热、供冷等多种能源服务功能,可以有效地实现能源的梯级利用,达到更高能源综合利用效率,系统具备节能、减排、安全、灵活的优势。燃气分布式能源冷热电三联供CCHP(Combine Cooling,Heating &Power)是分布式能源最为典型形式之一,它主要是利用内燃机燃烧洁净的天然气做功发电,利用做功后的余热进行回收,用来制冷、供暖、生产蒸汽和生活热水,其具有综合效率高(达80%以上)、节省能源、实现电力供应和燃气供应互相“削峰填谷”的双赢效果、保障
