[摘要]本文分析了湿法脱硫工艺对烟囱产生的腐蚀机理,明确指出烟气温度、烟囱内压力和烟囱内壁的构造缺陷是产生烟囱腐蚀的主要因素,阐述了各种因素产生腐蚀的物化机理,并针对这些烟囱腐蚀的原因,论述了目前国内外专业厂家对烟囱的防腐方法。通过对各防腐方法的防腐机理、施工方法、施工周期等各方面的综合分析比较,提出了可行的防腐方案。
[Abstract]The corrosion mechanism of stack in wet desulphurization process is analyzed in this paper, in which it is clearly indicated that the main elements causing stack inside wall corrosion are gas temperature, internal pressure of stack and the defaults in stack inside wall. The physical-chemical mechanisms of various elements causing corrosion are discussed, and based on the various causes anti corrosion approaches from current foreign and domestic specializing companies are given. Feasible anti-corrosion plans have been put forward through comprehensive analysis on each aspect of anti corrosion approaches such as anti-corrosion mechanism, construction method and construction period. 关键词:湿法脱硫 GGH 烟囱防腐 物化机理
