方波逆变器及其控制电路的设计
摘要：方波逆变器有着广泛的应用，如何通过市电安全的获得高频方波电压需要合理
组织方波逆变器控制电路各组成部分间的关系，使之称为一个完善可靠的系统，并有效提高方波逆变器的效率具有重要意义。比较各种方波逆变器的主电路工作原理，全桥逆变电路作为方波逆变器的主电路。设计方波逆变器的控制电路，包括启动缓冲电路、PWM信号产生电路、驱动电路各种保护电路，其中保护电路包括输入电压的过压/欠压报警电路。分析方波逆变器的工作原理，对电路工作的具体模态做详细的分析，画出每个模态的等效电路，写出每个模态时电路中的数学关系。根据样机的参数合理选择变换器中的电力电子器件，合理设计出电路中的磁性元件，包括变压器磁芯的型号、绕组的匝数、导线直径等相关参数。
