前 言
公路工程概预算课程设计,旨在使学生掌握公路工程概预算的设计方法和计算内容,通过给定的施工图设计资料,使同学按照正确的设计思路和设计步骤,完成公路工程的课程设计。本人此次的课程设计是掌握某桥梁工程概预算的设计方法和计算内容,通过给定的施工图,按照基础设计、桥墩设计、桥台设计及桥面板和栏杆设计的具体施工图内容分别计算该桥梁的建筑安装工程费、设备和工器具购置费、工程建设其他费以及预备费的设计思路和设计步骤,最终完成该桥梁工程总预算的课程设计。
本次课程设计参考了许多的文献资料,有着优秀老师的悉心指导,具有一定的可信度。但是,由于本人学识有限,若有瑕疵之处,恳请指出改正。

大学课程设计
1. 编制说明
1.1 工程概况
某桥是某村的一座中等适应桥梁,采用了经济适用、方便施工、美观大方的设计理念,按现浇整体式钢筋混凝土简支板桥进行设计。通过综合考虑设计与施工规范,结合桥位地质特点、河床现状、过水断面、水位与通航、水文资料等情况,决定采用现浇整体式钢筋混凝土板桥作为上部结构,下部结构采用整体式钢筋混凝土扩大基础、双柱式钢筋混凝土柱式桥墩和钢筋混凝土盖梁,两岸桥台采用重力式U型桥台,桥面宽4m,两侧各设0.3m的栏杆安全带,桥面净宽3.4m,满足单行车道通行,设计荷载为汽车-10级,桥面按1%的横坡布置,横坡设置在桥面铺装层上,每跨两侧对称各布置一孔φ50泄水管,泄水管横向预埋在安全带与桥面铺装层之间,以利桥面排水。 (1)基础设计
本桥采用两跨设计,两岸桥台采用C25混凝土基础,中间桥墩基础采用C25钢筋混凝土整体基础,在自然地基上开挖至持力层深度一下不小于1m的持力层上浇注混凝土基础,自然地基持力层承载力不小于150kPa。 (2)桥墩设计
采用双柱式钢筋混凝土桥墩,墩顶设截面为70×60cm的C30钢筋混凝土盖梁,墩柱底部与预埋在基础内的墩柱钢筋连接,墩柱直径为50cm,墩柱高3.1m。 (3)桥台设计
桥台采用重力式U型桥台,在浇筑好的基础上用M10浆砌片石砌筑台身与侧墙,在与道路连接线端,桥台两边侧墙采用喇叭形逐渐加宽到6m,以便与村道路基接壤,墩台填土采用透水性较好的砂砾材料土分层填筑并密实,确保桥台与桥头路基的稳定。 (4)桥面板、桥面排水与支座设计
该桥桥面板为2跨(每跨8m)16m现浇矩形实心钢筋混凝土板,板厚0.3m,在浇筑好的桥面板上铺设φ8钢筋网,再浇筑平均8cm厚的C30混凝土铺装层,混凝土铺装层做成两边7cm,中间9cm厚的双向为1%的横坡,并在每跨中间的两侧安全带边缘预埋φ50mm的桥面横向排水管,将桥面聚水从横向排入沟渠。另外,在支座设计时,采用在桥墩、桥台的支点处铺2cm厚的油毛毡,作为本桥的简易支座。 (5)安全带与栏杆设计
本桥的两侧安全带为栏杆立柱的基座,安全带宽为0.3m,高度为高出桥面铺装20cm。
