补肾强骨汤对54例骨质疏松症患者骨密度和生活质量的影响

摘 要 目的：探讨补肾强骨汤对骨质疏松症患者骨密度和生活质量的影响。方法：选取骨质疏松患者108例随机分为观察组和对照组各54例，对照组给予口服钙尔奇D治疗，观察组在此基础上给予补肾强骨汤治疗，采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测血清骨钙素（BGP）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、尿脱氧吡啶酚（DPD），采用健康调查简表（SF-36）评估生活质量，统计分析所有患者临床疗效、治疗前后骨代谢因子水平、骨密度（腰椎L1～4、大粗隆）和生活质量及不良反应情况。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率、血清BGP、ALP、DPD水平，以及腰椎L1～4、大粗隆骨密度和SF-36各项得分明显优于对照组（P 关键词 补肾强骨汤 骨质疏松 疗效 生活质量

Methods： One hundred and eight patients with osteoporosis were selected and randomly divided into a control group （received oral caltrate D） and an observation group （received Bushen Qianggu decoction besides caltrate D） with 54 cases each. Serum bone gamma-carboxyglutamic-acid-containing proteins （BGP）， alkaline phosphatase （ALP） and deoxypyridinoline （DPD） were detected by ELISA， and the quality of life was assessed by health survey profiles （SF-36）. Clinical curative effect， the levels of bone metabolic factors， bone density （lumbar L1～4， great tuberosity）， life quality and adverse reactions before and after the treatment were analyzed. Results： Treatment efficiency， serum BGP， ALP， DPD levels as well as scores of lumbar L1～4， great tuberosity and SF-36 were all significantly better in the observation group than in the control group （P
