TiAlN涂层硬质合金刀具大进给铣削高温合金的加工性能评价

摘 要:大进给铣削是一种高效加工方法,在提高难加工材料的加工效率方面具有显著优势。采用可转位的TiAlN涂层硬质合金刀具对GH4169进行了大进给铣削试验,研究了切削速度、每齿进给量以及刀具磨损对切削力的影响规律,并通过对后刀面磨损区域微观形貌和能谱分析,研究了刀具磨损机理。结果表明:每齿进给量对切削力的影响最显著,刀具磨损对轴向切削分力的影响非常显著,在刀片磨钝过程中,轴向切削分力由854N增大至1863N;切削速度对刀具寿命的影响最显著,切削速度增大至110m/min时,刀具寿命仅有2min;通过刀具后刀面磨损区域的能谱分析,在切削刃附近发现大量Ni、Fe、Cr等GH4169材料元素,刀具的主要磨损形式为黏结磨损和由热裂纹引起的材料剥落及崩刃。 关键词:
