前言
管道线路工程(包括穿跨越河流等)是整个管道工程施工中的主体部分。它有独特的施工程序和专用的施工机具，如挖沟机、焊接机、绝缘机、弯管机、吊管机以及试压设备等。海洋管道的施工则需要使用开沟船、铺管船等专用船舶。在特殊地段的线路上，还要采用新的施工技术和设备，如开沟的爆破技术，穿越河流时采用的定向钻孔机和在冻土地带使用的开挖机等。
管道线路工程主要包括管道本体工程、管道防护结构工程、管道穿跨越工程、线路附属工程等。管道本体工程是由管子及管件组焊成整体的工程。管道防护结构工程包括管道内、外壁防腐，管道保温层等工程。管道防腐工程包括阴极防护的沿线测试设施、牺牲阳极防护设施、杂散电流排除设施等工程。线路附属工程包括支线或预留线的管道阀门设施、紧急截断阀门装置、管道排气或排液设施、管道线路检测仪表（如就地检测和远传的压力、温度仪表、清管器通过指示器等）、线路保护和稳管构筑物、地面架设管道的支承结构、线路标志（如里程桩、转角桩、埋设位置标志、穿跨越标志、航空巡视标志）等工程。

1.实习概况
1.1.实习目的
水工程施工实习是给排水工程专业重要的实践性教学环节之一。通过实习使学生掌握给排水工程一般施工方法和施工管道的加工、安装方法等实习内容。
1.2主要任务
到建筑、道路管道工地实习，掌握道路、给排水管道施工方法及步骤。实习的主要地点有滍阳路、园林路、湛河治理管道工地等。
1.3实习要求
实习期间，原则上不准请假，更不得无故不参加实习。学生必须严格遵守所在实习单位的一切规章制度、劳动纪律及安全实习规章，服从所在单位领导，听从实习指导人员的安排，虚心学习，礼貌待人，注意安全，认真做好笔记，注意与实习单位搞好关系，树立工学院良好形象，确保圆满完成实习任务。
学生每天记实习日记。实习结束后，根据实习日记整理成一份完整的实习报告。
