基于Pro/E的柱塞泵仿真设计

摘要:轴向柱塞泵是一种利用与传动轴平行的柱塞在柱塞孔内往复运动所
产生的容积变化来进行工作的供油装置,常用于机器的润滑系统中。它具有结构紧凑,工作压力高,容易实现变量,体积比径向柱塞泵要小等优点,在现代工业中有着贵广泛的应用。
本设计课题主要进行柱塞泵的产品设计和基于Pro/E软件的实体仿真设计。用Pro/E进行柱塞泵的仿真设计可以模拟真实情况,发现问题、分析问题,从而达到最优化最经济的设计目的。本文在分析柱塞泵的工作原理的基础上,对柱塞泵进行了改进设计和三维实体建模,并进行了柱塞泵的装配和运动仿真,进一步验证了改进设计的正确性。最后,通过对柱塞泵的运动分析,找出了影响柱塞泵流量和工作性能的因素,为柱塞泵的改良和优化设计奠定了基础。
