电子秤设计

摘 要

智能电子秤是将检测与转换技术、计算机技术、信息处理、数字技术等技术综合一体的现代新型称重仪器。它与我们日常生活紧密结合成为一种方便、快捷、称量精确的工具,广泛应用于超市、零售业等公共场所的信息显示和重量计算。

本系统是针对是电子称的自动称重、自动计价、数据处理进行研究的。本文设计了一种电子秤,论述了仪器的工作原理,给出了仪器电路设计与软件流程,根据设计要求确定了设计方案。在系统硬件设计方面,主要是对电源、称重传感器、A/D转换器、单片机、键盘/开关、LED显示器等电子秤组成部分的设计,绘制了电子秤具体的电路原理图;在软件设计方面,阐述了用单片机是如何对采样数据进行处理,对数据的采集和转换、计算问题进行了研究,讨论了单片机控制系统中关键的中断、计算问题,结果表明通过软件设计实现更完善;机械方面,设计了电子秤的机械装配图。 关键词

Design of Electronic Scale

Abstract

Intelligent electronic balance values detection and the modern new-type names of technical comprehensive one body such as conversion technical, computer technology, message handling and digital technology instrument. Its and our close combination of daily life becomes a kind of convenient, shortcut, weighing accurate tool , is applied extensively in commercial, supermarket and large scale market , the message of the etc. public place of retail trade shows and weight calculation.

This system aims at the automatic name of electronic heavy, automatic valuation and data handling carry out research. This paper designs an electronic scale, discussed the working principle of the instrument, it is given circuit design and software process, according to design requirements of the design scheme. In the system hardware design, mainly for power, weighing sensor, A/D converter, microcontroller, keyboard / switch, LED displays and other components of the design of electronic scales,Draw the electronic scale circuit diagram specific. In software design, describes how to use microcontroller for processing the sampled data for data collection and conversion, calculation was studied. Discuss the key SCM interrupt control system, calculation results show that the better designed and implemented by software.
