为实现对校园网信息系统的安全，虽然技术措施和方法是非常重要的，但我们也必须重视管理系统的建设和改进。校园网安全漏洞是明显的，除了设计网络的安全服务功能，提高系统的安全性措施，我们必须做出巨大的努力去加强网络安全管理，发展安全管理制度并实施适当的安全管理原则，信息网络安全是一个系统性的工作，只有当网络安全管理和网络安全技术的同时应用，才可以建立一个综合性的信息网络安全体系。
四、结论
许多大学和学院构建自己的校园网络，并且校园网的应用变得越来越广泛，信息安全是一个不可避免的因素用来确保网络的顺利运行和最大限度地发挥其功能。提供一个很好的信息教育环境是榜样教育的强大后盾，普及技术教育和校园网络的信息是硬件环境的保障。如何使校园网的高效率运行是一个重要的问题。本文介绍和分析了很多关于校园网的安全的潜在威胁因素，并提出如何构建校园网络系统的管理方法和技术。
