陕西信息技术教师生存与发展现状调查与研究

摘 要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》（2010-2020年）中明确指出要加强教师队伍建设，建设高素质的教师队伍。近年来，在信息技术教育蓬勃发展的同时，我国的信息技术教师队伍也不断成长壮大，初步建成了一个结构较合理、综合素质较高的教师队伍。但陕西作为基础教育大省，地域宽广，信息技术教育地域发展不平衡，信息技术教师的生存和发展状况参差不齐。随着高新科技发展，教学改革的不断深入，教育技术手段的不断进步，陕西部分信息技术教师已不能适应信息社会对信息技术教师的素质要求。为了提高陕西信息技术教师队伍的整体素质，开展中小学信息技术教师生存与发展状况的研究是各项工作的前提，也是加强信息技术教师队伍建设的必经之路。因此，对陕西信息技术教师生存与发展现状的调查研究必不可少。
本论文的研究思路是：首先通过问卷调查全面掌握陕西信息技术教师生存现状及面临的困境，然后深入剖析陕西信息技术教师生存困境产生的具体原因，最后针对生存与发展困境，提出改进策略和实施方略。具体论文分为五个部分： 第一部分为问题提出与研究概述。包括研究背景、文献综述、问题提出、研究概述、研究假设及研究变量等。
第二部分为研究的理论基础与相关概念界定。本章详细论述了与本研究有关的理论及相关概念。
第三部分为信息技术教师生存现状调查与分析。包括具体的调研过程及信息技术教师生存与发展困境的原因分析。
第四部分为改善信息技术教师生存状况的对策建议。提出了改善的对策建议及实施策略时应该注的问题等。
第五部分为研究结论与展望。通过前几章的调研与分析，得出研究结论及对研究结论进行的未来展望等。

A Survey and Analysis on Teachers' Survival and Development
Status in Shaanxi Province
Abstract
National long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) clearly pointed out the need to strengthen the construction of the teachers, and develop the high-quality the construction of the teacher. In resent years, with the booming IT education, China's IT teachers have grown gradually, the initial formation of a reasonable structure, integrated high-quality teachers have already formed. However, as a basic education province, Shaanxi has a wide region, uneven geographical development of IT education, as well as the uneven IT teachers’ survival and development.
With the hi-tech development, the deepening of teaching reform, and educational technology means’ improvement, part of IT teachers in Shaanxi can not meet the quality requirements of the information society. In order to improve the overall quality of the IT teachers in Shaanxi Province, the first step is to carry out primary and secondary IT teachers’ survive and thrive, and it is also the essential way to strengthen the construction of the teachers. Therefore, research on teachers' survival and development status of the Shaanxi IT is very necessary.
The idea of this thesis is: According to questionnaire , we can completely investigate the IT teachers' survival and development status and the difficulties they faced in Shaanxi Province; then deeply analyze the specific reasons of the IT teachers’ survival, and finally, provide some improved strategy and suggestions for the teachers’ survival and development difficulties. The paper specifically divided into five parts as follows:
The first part is the overview and research issues, including research background, literature review, the issues, an overview of the assumptions and study variables.
The second part is the theoretical foundation and related concepts defined. This chapter in detail discusses the theory and related concepts to this study.
The third part makes up of the survey and analysis of the survival and development
of IT teachers, which includes the specific research process and IT teachers' survival and development of the plight of the reasons.
The fourth part is the implementation strategy to improve the IT teachers’ living conditions. It puts forward suggestions of the proposed countermeasures and some questions should be noted.
The last part is the conclusions and outlook. It draws research conclusions and future prospects to the conclusions by the first few chapters of the investigation and analysis.
