摘要
论文主要是研究越野车后围密封梁修边冲孔模具设计。它侧重于修边冲孔模具的结 构设计和工艺计算分析,使用AutoCAD绘制二维工程图,运用Pro/e软件进行三维数字
化建模和模具的虚拟装配,以及装配体的干涉分析。
本文对模具国内外行情和发展趋势做了一定的分析。其中对其主要零部件的结构、 功能要求作了详细说明;对工艺方案的经济性和技术可行性进行了分析比较;对模具进 行了受力分析;对主要零部件的工艺路线做了分析。在整个修边冲孔模的设计过程中, 严格按照零件的工艺要求,综合考虑零件生产要求,来缩短零件加工周期,提高零件加 工精度和质量,从而实现产业利润最大化。

Abstract
Thepaper mainlyisthe studyof the SUVdefender seal beam trimmingpunching
mold.It focuses onthetrimmingpunchingdiestructuredesign andprocess calculationand
analysis,usingAutoCAD drawing2D engineering drawing,use Pro/Esoftwarefor 3Ddigital
modelingandvirtual assemblyof the mold, andtheanalysis of the assemblyinterference.
In this paper,the moldmarket anddevelopmenttrendathomeandabroadfor
analysis.Oneof the mainparts of illustrates indetail thestructure,function requirements;The
economy andtechnicalfeasibilityof theprocess areanalyzed;Thestress analysiswas carried
outonthemold;Analyzed theprocess of maincomponents.Throughout thetrimmingof the
punchingdiedesignprocess,instrict accordancewiththerequirements of partsis
considering parts productionrequirements andtoshortentheprocessingcycle,improve
machiningprecisionand qualityof parts,soas torealizeindustryprofitmaximization.
