Ⅰ Educational Objectives &Requirement （一） 培养目标
（1） 身心健康，具备良好的敬业精神、社会责任感和财经职业道德，关注并了解当代全
球和国内社会经济问题，具有商业伦理意识、环保意识和安全意识。
（2） 具有从事财务管理、会计、投资理财、管理咨询及其它相关经济管理工作所需的专
业知识、统计知识和信息技术，并能将统计学和信息技术工具运用于解决实践问题。
（3） 具有解决财务、会计和金融管理实际问题的能力。 （4） 具有财务会计软件应用和财务信息分析与决策能力。
（5） 具有良好的口头和书面表达和交流沟通能力、良好的团队意识和合作精神，具有终
身学习的能力。
ⅰ.Educational Objectives
The major brings up students to be with：
（1） The good physical and spiritual health, the good professional spirit, the sense of
social responsibility and financial occupation moral, the attention and understanding of contemporary global and domestic social and economic issues, the consciousness of business ethics, the environmental awareness and safety awareness. （2） The knowledge of profession, statistics and information technology required in the
practices of financial management, accounting, investment, management consulting and other related economic management works, as well as the ability to use statistics and information technology tools to solve practical problems. （3） The basic ability to solve practical problems of accounting, financial management
and investment.
（4） The ability to use financial and accounting software and to analyze financial
information and do the related decision making. （5） The good skills in oral and written expression and communication skills, the fine
team consciousness and team spirit, as well as the intention and ability of studying professional knowledge forever.
（二） 毕业要求
（1） 学生掌握从事本专业领域所需的经济学、法律、管理学、数学、统计基本知识。 （2） 学生掌握本专业的基本理论知识和财务会计基础知识，能够利用原理性知识分析和
解决财务、会计和金融管理领域的实际问题。
（3） 学生熟悉工商企业、金融企业和事业单位管理职能以及相关单位财会工作的业务流
程，掌握会计核算的基本业务技能。
（4） 学生掌握财务分析的基本技能，具备阅读财务报表的能力，能够撰写企事业单位财
务分析报告。
（5） 学生掌握企业资金管理、预算管理和纳税筹划的基本理论和实务运作。
（6） 学生掌握企业内部控制、公司治理、战略与风险管理的基本理论、制度设计与实务
运作。
（7） 学生具备有关金融市场、金融机构和金融工具的理论知识和应用知识。 （8） 学生掌握证券投资分析和企业价值评估的基本流程和方法。
（9） 学生掌握项目投融资的基本理论知识，熟悉项目投资评价的基本流程和方法，具有
撰写商业计划书和可行性报告中有关财务可行性评价内容的能力。
（10） 学生具备有效利用Excel进行财务报表编制、财务信息处理和财务决策的能力。 （11） 学生具备常用财务和会计电算化软件，以及常用统计软件的操作能力，以及相关财
务软件的开发应用能力。
（12） 学生了解本专业的发展动态和前沿，熟悉会计准则、资本市场和金融领域的发展方
向。
（13） 学生具有良好的思想素质、身体素质、心理素质、文化修养、社会道德和责任担当
等人文素养。
（14） 学生具有逻辑思维和辩证思维的能力，具有批判意识和求真务实的科学思维方法，
具有创新意识，掌握基本的创新方法。
（15） 学生掌握运用现代信息技术跟踪并获取信息的方法，熟练进行文献检索和资料查询。 （16） 学生具有良好的口头和书面表达和交流能力，至少熟练掌握一门外语进行技术沟通
和交流能力。具有良好的团队意识和合作精神。
（17） 学生具有本专业相关职业岗位所需职业能力，鼓励学生在校期间获得会计从业资格
证书和证券从业资格证书。
（18） 学生具有进行终身学习的能力，具有适应财务业务不断发展的能力。 ⅱ. Educational Requirement
The graduates are also required to obtain the knowledge or abilities as follows:
（1） Mastering the basic knowledge of economics, law, management, mathematics, and
statistics required in the professional field of financial management. （2） Mastering the basic professional theories of financial management and basic
knowledge of accounting, and the ability to analyze and solve practical problems in the field of accounting and financial management. （3） To be familiar with the management functions of industrial and commercial
enterprises, financial enterprises and institutions and their related accounting processes, and grasping the basic techniques of accounting.
（4） Mastering the basic skills of financial analysis, having the ability to read financial
statements and to write the report of financial. （5） Mastering the basic theories and practical skills in the capital management, budget
management and the tax planning in enterprises. （6） Grasping the basic theories, system design and practices of internal control,
corporate governance, and strategy and risk management in enterprises. （7） Acquiring the theoretical knowledge and application techniques in financial markets,
financial institutions and financial instruments. （8） Mastering the basic procedure and method of securities investment analysis and
enterprise valuation. （9） Acquiring the basic theoretical knowledge of project investment and financing,
mastering the basic process and method of making project investment decision, and having the ability to prepare the business plan and the feasibility report. （10） With the ability to use the Excel for the preparation of financial statements, financial
information processing and financial decisions. （11） Having the ability to operate the common financial and accounting computerization
software, statistical software, and to develop the related financial software for the purpose of application. （12） Understanding the dynamic development and research frontier of this major, and be
familiar with the development direction of accounting standards, capital market and the financial sector. （13） Having the good thought quality, physical quality, psychological quality, culture,
morality and social responsibility and other humanistic literacy. （14） Acquiring the ability of logical thinking and dialectical thinking, the scientific
thinking method of critical consciousness and pragmatic, innovative consciousness, as well as mastering the basic creative ideas in financial and accounting areas. （15） Grasping the method of using modern information technology to acquire information,
and be skilled in conducting literature search and data query. （16） Having the good skills in oral and written expression and communication, mastering
at least a foreign language for technical communication and having a good sense of team spirit and cooperation. （17） Having the initial professional qualification for financial and accounting industries
and encouraging students to obtain during the accounting qualification certificate and securities business qualification certificates. （18） With the desire and ability for lifelong learning, and having the ability to adapt to the
continuous development of financial and accounting businesses.
