团队思想是和谐团队精神、团队凝聚力和团队协作意识的灵魂。只有具备了团队思想才谈得上团队精神、团队凝聚力和团队协作意识。问卷调查表明,拓展训练对培养和谐的团队精神、团队凝聚力和团队协作意识是非常有帮助的,也只有培养了团队精神、团队凝聚力和团队协作意识才真正体现出团队思想。团队精神具体在企业主要表现为企业文化，包括企业核心价值观、企业形象定位、企业精神、企业使命、企业经营理念、企业管理理念等，团队精神是企业文化的一个部分，它主要展现的是企业的作风和态度。 拓展训练对培养和谐的团队精神、团队凝聚力和团队协作意识是非常有帮助的,也只有培养了团队精神、团队凝聚力和团队协作意识才真正体现出团队思想。拓展训练通过成功心理训练和团队合作训练以达到对团队精神的培养和团队潜能的挖掘。成功心理训练是一项旨在协助团队队员核心价值的训练过程,通过训练课程能够有效地拓展团队队员的潜能,提升和强化个人心理素质,帮助团队队员建立高尚而尊严的人格;团队合作训练是一套塑造团队活力、推动组织成长的不断增值的训练课程。

Team thought is the harmonious team spirit, the soul of team cohesion and team cooperation consciousness. Only talk with the team thought the team spirit, team cohesion and team cooperation consciousness. Questionnaire survey, develop training to foster the harmonious team spirit, team cohesion, and team cooperation consciousness is very helpful, also only cultivate the team spirit, team cohesion and team cooperation consciousness truly reflects the thought. Team spirit in a specific enterprise mainly for the enterprise culture, including corporate core values, corporate image positioning, the spirit of enterprise, the enterprise mission, business enterprise principle of management, enterprise management idea, team spirit is a part of corporate culture, it shows the main style and attitude of the enterprise.
Expand training to foster the harmonious team spirit, team cohesion, and team cooperation consciousness is very helpful, also only cultivate the team spirit, team cohesion and team cooperation consciousness truly manifests the team idea. Expand training through successful psychological training and teamwork to achieve to the cultivation of team spirit and team potential mining. Successful psychological training is a core value training process, designed to help the team players through training can effectively expand the potential of team members, improve and strengthen the individual psychological quality, help team members to build noble personality and dignity; Team training is a set of mold team vitality, promote the training course of continuous increment of tissue growth.
