摘 要
光电效应是指在某种频率的光照下，金属物体中有电子脱出其表面的现象。光电效应可分外光电效应和内光电效应，而内光电效应又分为光电导效应和光伏特效应两种。利用光电效应理论制作的各种电子器件有力的推动了社会的发展，如利用光电效应制造的光电倍增管、光敏电阻等，已被广泛应用于电子行业、传感技术等应用领域；基于光伏特效应的光伏电池也为有效合理利用太阳能提供了理想的途径。不仅如此，光电效应还广泛用于农业灭虫、诊断医学、军事、生活等多个领域。
本文简要介绍了光电效应的发展历程;讨论和研究了光电效应的概念、基本原理与基本规律，运用爱因斯坦光电方程对光电效应规律进行了解释，并简单介绍了提高光电转换效率的方法，以及讨论了如何提高光电效应的有效利用等。

ABSTRACT
The photoelectric effect in certain frequencies refers to the sunlight, metal objects in its surface phenomenon of electronic emerge. Photoelectric effect can be particularly photoelectric effect and inside of the photoelectric effect, and the photoelectric effect and divided into light conductance effect and light volts effect two kinds. Using the theory of the photoelectric effect of various electronic devices made strong promoted the development of the society, such as using photoelectric effect manufacturing photomultiplier tubes, photosensitive resistor etc, has been widely used in the electronics industry, the sensing technology application domain; Based on light volts effect of photovoltaic cells also for effective and reasonable use solar provides an ideal way. Not only such, photoelectric effect also widely used in agriculture an extermination, diagnostic medicine, military, life etc.
This paper briefly introduces the development course of the photoelectric effect; The discussion and research of the photoelectric effect concept, basic principle and basic rule, use Einstein photoelectric equations of the photoelectric effect rule explained, and briefly introduces the methods of improving photoelectric conversion efficiency, and discusses how to improve the effective use of the photoelectric effect.
