3.5 Web Server Fine tuning recommendations based on performance monitoring and security recommendations (eg increase/decrease connection timeouts, Bandwidth throttling, expected hits per day customisation). This section should include a justification for any recommendations made.
Open Internet Information Server (IIS) manage and right-click Web Sites, then point to properties.
Then click web site tab, there is a connection timeout that enter 1200s.
Select Performance tab, click Limit the network bandwidth available to web site. Maximum bandwidth is 1024k.
