除半砖墙及空心墙用顺砖砌法外，所有砌体均用英式砌法。除砌砖要求的地点外，不得使用半砖应使用整砖。所有的直缝和转角均应铅直（垂直），灰缝厚度不应大于10毫米，每层灰缝均应平整密实。需抹灰的墙面应仔细剔缝，以便抹灰层能嵌入灰缝。

所有饰面砖工程砌完后，表面必须平直，随砌随勾方形凹缝，深10毫米。饰面砖表面应加以保护以防损坏。泛标明为一砖厚的饰面砖墙，均由二层用顺砖法砌筑的半砖墙组成，用镀锌铁丝拉条拉结。
All facebrick is to be built to a fair face and pointed with a square 10mm recessed joint as work proceeds，one brick walls that are specified as faced are to be built in two half brick skins laid in stretcher bond and tied together with galvanised crimped wire ties. 空心墙cavity walls
空心墙由二层半砖墙组成，用仔细放置的镀锌铁丝拉条拉结，应该使用活动挡板防止空气层内落入砂浆或其他杂物，勒脚处应留有临时空洞，以便清理落入的砂浆等杂物。
