1. 读懂文章了解文章的细节和重要语言点 自学

一、读课文,找出Reading中的重要语言点,把不理解的单词、短语或句子写出来。 释疑

一、语言点解析。

1. each time为连词词组,意为“每当,每次”。 如:_____________(每次)I catch a cold, I have a pain in my back.

2. present作动词,意为“授予,颁发”,在本句中使用的是被动结构。 present sth. to sb. 或 present sb. with sth.“把某物授予、赠送给某人”。 如:The chairperson__________her________a gold medal.

The teacher __________ a notebook_______ the excellent boy. present作名词还有“礼物;现在”的意思。

3. show an interest in意为“对??感兴趣”,相当于“be interested in”

1. 了解连词because用法。了解since和as的用法 自学

一、预习Grammar,了解连词because用法。

1) because引导原因状语从句,意思是______,表示动作发生的直接原因,语气强烈。 如:I did not go to school yesterday because I was ill.Because it was raining, we had to stay at home. He went shopping because he needed to buy some food.(对划线部分提问) ________ ________ he________ shopping?

2)汉语里我们习惯说“因为?所以?”,但在英语中,不能将because和so连用。 如: Because my bike was broken, so I went to school by bus yesterday. ( × ) Because he exercises every day, so he is very healthy. ( )

3)because of是介词短语,意思是“因为(某人/某事物)”,在句中作状语。 注意:because和because of的意思都是“因为”,区别在前者跟从句,后者跟短语。 如:他们因为下雨没去博物馆。 They didn’t go to the museum________ it rained. They didn’t go to the museum ________ ________ the rain. 二、

预习课本71页内容,了解since和as的用法。我们用because引导原因状语

从句,也可以用since和as引导原因状语从句,和because相比,since和as语气稍弱。1、since作连词,意思是________,表示已知的、显然的理由,较正式,多位于_____。如:Since you are free, you’d better tidy your bedroom.
