摘 要
本毕业论文题目来源于南京易发房地产开发有限公司大华锦绣花园综合楼项目部的综合楼建筑给水排水设计,主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消防给水系统三个部分。
给水系统采用分区供水,一到四层为低区,由市政管网直接供水。五层到十一层(包含阁楼层)为高区,由地下室的高区变频调速供水泵供水到高区管网,两个区均采用下行上给的供水方式。系统中共设置了8根给水立管,高区生活水贮存在底下贮水池中,容积为 22.5 m。
排水系统采用的是污、废分流制。系统中共设置了 20 根废水排水立管和12根污水排水立管。
消防系统设计包括消火栓灭火系统和自动喷水灭火系统,火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给,消防水箱水由单独立管供给,体积为12.0m3,火灾持续时间内消防用水量由消火栓泵从消防水池内抽取,体积为 。自动喷水灭火系统采用闭湿式自喷系统,根据报警阀组控制的喷头数的有关规定共设置三个湿式报警阀,湿式报警阀装在地下二层泵房内,有压力开关自动启动喷淋水泵。采用68度的玻璃球喷头与边墙型洒水喷头。
设计过程进行了各系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算,以及各种设备的选型。最后用CAD绘制了各个系统的平面图、系统图、大样图和设计说明。

Abstract
