4结论
(1).Ce的加入促进了Ag-Cu-Ti钎料合金的合金化,降低熔点,增大过冷区,使金属间化合物的组织细化和增强了弥散分布,从而使Ag-Cu-Ti钎料的显微硬度和剪切强度增加。
(2).加入稀土元素Ce提高了Ag-Cu-Ti钎料在钢基体中的润湿性。 (3).Ce在Ag-Cu-Ti填料中添加的最佳含量在0.25%–0.5%的范围内。 参考文献:
