在经历过80年代的起步到90年代的规范、发展，我国票据市场近年来呈现持续快速的发展趋势，票据融资功能在金融市场中的功能日益重要，票据市场成为了货币市场重要的组成部分。
票据市场不仅是企业最为便捷的融资与理财场所，也是中央货币政策传导的重要金融市场。但目前我国市场发展明显落后于其他货币子市场，其存在问题也备受关注。
本文针对我国票据市场存在的问题和制约因素，提出加快我国票据市场发展的对策建议。首先，丰富发展票据市场交易品种。应从创新传统票据业务入手，逐渐扩大商业承兑汇票使用，并有条件的开展融资性票据业务。其次，促进市场交易主体多元化发展。应适当放宽对交易主体的限制，积极培育票据市场中介，同时推动建设票据交易平台建设。最后，不断完善票据市场发展环境。

Abstract Abstract
Experienced the development during the 1990s, then it shows a rapid growth in China’s bill market in recent years. The function of bill financing is increasing, and it became an important part of the currency markets.
Bill market is the most convenient financing field and financial management field. And it can help build social credibility system, transmit the central monetary policy. But the development of our bill market has lagged behind other money sub-market at the present time. The problems of our bill market have received extensive attention.
The author gave some advices to speed up the development of our bill market. Firstly, we should start with innovation of traditional bills business, and expanding use Commercial acceptance bill, develop bills financing in condition. Secondly, we should liberalize the restrictions to market participants, develop the market media of bill market, and promote market participants become more diversified. At the same time we should develop the settlement platform of bill market in nationwide.
