摘 要

随着科学技术的发展,自动生产已占据了工业中不可取代的位置。当然,培养设计和操作自动产线的人才也是至关重要的。

PLC自动砖头生产线是贴近工业生产的一项实训设计题,它综合了液压与气压原理、PLC技术、电器与控制技术、传感器技术等多门课程的知识,属于一种较为典型的PLC设计,

本系统由三菱FX2N型PLC控制整个生产线,包括自动搅拌机构、传送机构、冲压成型机构、切砖成型机构等几个部分。 关键词:自动生产线;PLC;控制

Abstract

with science technical development, automatically the production has already occupied the not commutable position in the industry.Certainly, development design and operate the talented person of automatic production line is also to the pass is important.So this graduation designs to choose an experiment equipments-type THJDAL-3 that approaches actual production most automatic production line.

Type THJDAL-3 automatic production line is purchase in the laboratory of production equipments, it synthesized hydraulic and barometric principle, PLC technique, electric appliances and control technique, spread a feeling machine technique the knowledge of etc. several courses, belong to a kind of more typical production line equipments, for the sake of will it the existing control system reform in order to be controled by the Mitsubishi FX2N type PLC, this graduation designs to request student as to it's the existing control system carry on an investigation, and request and do a total design project according to its control, design one the control diagram of set's system paper and procedure, and carry on the spot of adjust to try.

This system is controled the whole production line by the Mitsubishi FX2N type PLC, include a Gun way transmission up anticipate organization and automatically put a set organization, double the work well type up anticipate an organization, porterage to assemble organization, process blunt press an organization, porterage heap Duo organization is six parts.Reformation of the system operation is simple and decline low cost, effectively toughenned student for using flexibly knowledge.
