中文摘要

国网公司(晋东南—南阳—荆门)1000kV特高压示范工程试运行,内蒙古“三横四纵”500kV主网网架也已初步建成。高电压、分布参数、大电网的管理运营给电网的安全可靠运行带来了严峻的挑战,电网规模迅速扩大、运行工况日趋复杂、安全责任不断加重是当前电力行业安全生产面临的基本形势。

当前随着内蒙古电力能源基地、“风电三峡”等电源建设的快速发展,风电、水力发电以及(自备)电厂等涉网单位设备大量接入500kV变电站,内蒙古500kV电网网络结构越来越复杂,500kV变电站在进行运行操作时存在与电厂、孤立电网等非同期并列运行的可能。同时,为了保障电网在发生解列故障时能尽快恢复送电,恢复电网的安全、稳定运行,最大限度的减少孤网运行,因此500kV变电站同期系统管理提上日程。

电力系统对同期并列操作有很高的要求, 如果操作不当或者误操作,将产生很大的冲击电流,轻则引起系统电压波动,重则导致系统振荡,损坏电力设备,危及电力系统的安全稳定运行。正确合理地投入发电厂、变电站同期系统,可以迅速将发电机(独立系统)并入系统、快速恢复正常供电、避免了电力系统非同期并列的发生,确保了电力系统安全稳定运行。

本文简要介绍发电厂、变电站同期系统原理,依据电网对变电站同期并列的要求,对内蒙500kV变电站同期系统进行研究、分析,提出了同期系统全过程技术管理。从500kV变电站同期系统管理薄弱,到对变电站测控装置同期功能二次接线及测控装置同期功能(同期功能的实现、同期压板的投退、现场校验、定值整定)进行现场实际研究、分析及普查,特别是根据电网运行方式及发电厂、变电站各间隔运行情况分析,确定了变电站同期点及同期方式,论证了内蒙古500kV变电站同期系统同期功能的必要性和可行性,规范了同期系统管理,提出了一套适合500kV变电站同期系统现场管理的切实可行的方案,形成了用于指导现场实际工作的500kV同期系统技术管理规范,研究并完成了内蒙古500kV变电站同期系统全过程技术管理,为500kV变电站同期系统的研究提供了坚实的技术基础。

此外,本文还介绍了当前发电厂广泛应用的能自动识别同频并网和差频并网的线路同期装置,也介绍了综合自动化变电站测控装置的同期功能,对发电厂、变电站同期系统的发展前景进行了展望。

ABSTRACT

SGC company (southeast shanxi - nanyang - jingmen) 1000kV uhv demonstration engineering commissioning, Inner Mongolia \lengthwise\management operation to the safe and reliable operation of the power grid has brought serious challenges, power grid has expanded rapidly, running condition is complicated, safety responsibility getting worse is the current electric power industry facing the basic situation of production safety.

The current with Inner Mongolia electric energy base, \three gorges\power fast development, the wind power, hydropower and (self-provided) power plant of access in nets unit equipment 500kV substation, Inner Mongolia 500kV grid network structure is more and more complicated, to operate 500kV substation in existence and power plant, isolated when not running the same power tied the possible. At the same time, in order to ensure power grid failure occurred in solution columns can be resumed as soon as possible recover the capacity, secure and stable operation of the grid, minimize the isolated net running 500kV substation, and therefore the same system management put on the agenda.

Tied to the same power system requires a high degree of operation, if improper operation or incorrect operation, will produce a great impact, light is cause the system current voltage fluctuations, heavy then cause the system oscillation, damaged electric equipment and endanger the safe and stable operation of power system. The correct reasonable investment period generator, transformer substation, can quickly turn generator system (independent system) merges into system, rapid return to normal power supply, avoid the same power system the justaposition of happen, ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.

This paper briefly introduces the same generator, transformer substation, according to principle of power system juxtaposed with the same requirements of substation of Inner Mongolia, same 500kV substation study, analysis, system proposed whole same technical management system. From the same 500kV substation management system for substation

weak, to the same measurement device function the same secondary circuit and measurement device is the realization of the function of the same function (same the retreating, embossed, field calibration, setting value setting) for the actual research, analysis and census, especially in accordance with the power network operation mode and the generator, transformer substation each interval operation analysis, determined the same way the same point and substation, demonstrates the same period of Inner Mongolia 500kV substation system function, regulate the necessity and feasibility of the system management, puts forward the same 500kV a suitable period of substation field management system of feasible scheme, formed in guiding the actual work the same 500kV technical management standardization and research system and completed the whole period of Inner Mongolia 500kV substation technology management system for substation, same 500kV systematic study provide the solid technical foundation.

In addition, this paper also introduces the wide application of power can automatically identify with frequency grid and same difference frequency combined lines, and also introduces the device of substation integrated automation of the same measurement device and the function of the same generator, transformer substation system was prospected.
